The Prime Minister Kassim Majaliwa has said Tanzanians have a great responsibility to pay tribute to Ambassador John Kijazi for doing all the good he was doing.
In addition, he said another responsibility is to continue to pray for his family, especially in this difficult time.
Giving the government’s greetings at the funeral of Ambassador John Kijazi, he thanked the religious leaders for continuing to pray for the Nation as President Dr. Magufuli encouraged yesterday, and that yesterday Muslims fulfilled, today Adventists and tomorrow he believes others will continue.
He said the government loves its citizens and continues to monitor all diseases, but the people should continue to take precautions including hand washing, hand sanitizers and wearing masks.
Regarding Corona’s disease, he said it is well known that this is a war and it has started with the elders and is still going on, so it is good that the people are satisfied with the things they use, including barakoa, as President Magufuli has warned.
