Job Description
The Customer Experience Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by managing queries and driving initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and social media in collaboration with the Marketing Department.
- Conduct below-the-line campaigns/communication using bulk SMS and calls.
- Perform daily system health check surveys for all branches.
- Compile and analyze customer experience reports.
- Resolve escalated and long-standing customer issues in collaboration with other units/departments.
- Support the implementation of customer experience projects.
- Conduct quality checks on complaints raised by branches.
- Assist in preparing and executing customer engagement activities.
- Cross-sell other bank products.
- Facilitate customer surveys (NPS & CES) in collaboration with the Group Strategy team.
Qualifications
Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree from any recognized institution.
- Added Advantage: Master’s degree in a Business-related field.
Experience:
- Fresh graduate (1 year of experience is an added advantage).
