Duties and Responsibilities
- As an Assistant Store Keeper, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring both quality and quantity of materials.
- Maintaining proper records.
- Receiving materials from suppliers.
- Initiating purchase requisitions.
- Issuing materials from the store to end users.
- Preparing daily and monthly reports.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- A Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Procurement, or Logistics & Supply.
- At least two (2) years of proven working experience in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in both English and Kiswahili.
- Strong communication and operational skills.
