HESLB Online Loan Application Window 2025/2026 Now Open via OLAMS

The Higher Education Students’ Loans Board (HESLB) has officially opened the Online Loan Application Window for 2025/2026 academic year. The application period starts today, June 15, 2025, and will end on August 31, 2025. All applications must be submitted online through the OLAMS (Online Loan Application and Management System).

This is a vital opportunity for Tanzanian students joining higher learning institutions to apply for financial assistance to cover tuition fees, accommodation, books, meals, and other academic expenses.

What is OLAMS?

OLAMS stands for Online Loan Application and Management System, a digital platform provided by HESLB to allow students to submit and manage their loan applications. It is the official system where all loan applications for the 2025/2026 academic year must be completed.

Who is Eligible to Apply?

Students admitted to recognized universities and colleges in Tanzania.
First-time applicants and continuing students who meet the loan eligibility criteria.
Students who have read and understood the Loan Application Guidelines 2025/2026 provided by HESLB.

Register for a new account or log in using your credentials.

Submit your application and download a copy for reference.
