Call for Applications: Kuwait University Scholarship for Tanzanian Student (2025/2026 Academic Year). The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology is pleased to announce that Kuwait University is offering one (1) undergraduate scholarship opportunity to a qualified Tanzanian student. The scholarship is available for the second semester of the 2025/2026 academic year.
Kuwait University Scholarship
This is a golden opportunity for deserving Tanzanian youth to pursue higher education abroad while gaining international exposure.
Conditions for Accepting University Education
Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Possess a valid High School (‘A’ Level) transcript and certificate.
- Hold a Secondary School (‘O’ Level) certificate not exceeding two academic years (2024/25 – 2025/26).
- Attain a minimum pass rate of 90% in secondary school.
- Be 21 years of age or younger at the time of application.
Supporting Documents Required
Applicants must attach the following documents to their application:
- Certified copy of the passport bio-data page (if available).
- Certified copies of educational certificates and transcripts, along with certified translations if the documents are not in English.
- TOEFL test scores or an official English Proficiency Test certificate.
Scholarship Benefits
The scholarship will cover the following expenses:
- Tuition fees for the semester.
- Living allowance.
However, the student will be responsible for:
- Return ticket costs (if expelled due to violation of university rules).
- Housing costs.
