7 Job Vacancies At SECUREX Security and Alarm Company (T) Ltd

1. ACCOUNTANTS (4 POSITIONS) 

Location: Dar es Salaam

Purpose of the Position 

To support the Finance Department, Head of Accounts, and Management by carrying out regular  accounting and financial tasks of the company.

Qualifications and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in finance and taxation
  • Not more than 45 years of age
  • Ability to write and speak English
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • High knowledge of IT will be an added advantage
  • Good communication skills

Key Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Prepare and examine payroll, financial statements, and reports for accuracy and  compliance
  • Register new employees with NSSF and prepare monthly TRA, NSSF, WCF, and other  statutory returns
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounts and financial documentation ∙ Manage creditors and debtors records
  • Calculate provisional tax and support audit processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing ∙ Conduct financial analysis to support management decision-making
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets and prepare management reports ∙ Analyze chargeable and non-chargeable time on a monthly basis
  • Update accounts receivable and payable and prepare aging analyses
  • Compute, pay, and submit all relevant taxes and statutory returns

2. SALES AND MARKETING MANAGERS (3 POSITIONS) 

Location: Dar es Salaam

Purpose of the Position 

  • To drive revenue growth, strengthen market presence, and develop effective sales and marketing  strategies for the company.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Budgeting and business planning
  • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
  • Experience in sales and marketing within the security industry will be an added advantage
  • Producing effective marketing materials (emails, proposals, bids, website content,  brochures, videos, etc.)
  • Contract review and negotiation
  • Customer relationship management and customer service
  • Driving revenue growth and increasing market share
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis
  • Monitoring and analyzing marketing campaign performance

Qualifications and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s  degree is an added advantage)
  • Over 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing
  • Experience in sales and marketing within the security industry will be an added  advantage
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
  • Experience in market research, data analysis, and customer segmentation
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics and email marketing platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects
