The Implats Engineering Learnership – Boilermaking is a structured training programme aimed at developing skilled artisans in the engineering field.

Minimum Requirements

- Structural Steel Drawing
- Plater Trade Theory
- Basic knowledge of boilermaking trade principles
- Medically fit to work at both BMR and PMR plants
