TAMISEMI Kubadilisha Combination 2026. TAMISEMI has announced opening window for form five selected students 2026/2027 to change their combination using Selform portal.
Jinsi Ya Kubadilisha Combination 2026 TAMISEMI
Students (Form Four Graduates) role in the Selform system is to change some personal information such as Home Address, Mobile Number, Email Address and school, college and specialty choices in other sections based on his perfomance in CSEE results.
- Use any device with internet access, open your browser (browser example, chrome), type the following address selform.tamisemi.go.tz to get a window to fill in your registration information as shown below. Click on the bottom Menu written
- Step 2: For Candidates, Click here to Register if you are a first time user and if you have account go login page
- Then, fill in the relevant information eg. Index Number, in this format example: S0101.0020.2018, Answer the question you will be asked, Surname and Year of Birth.
- Then a window will open, asking you to enter the Password that you will use to login every day.
- Once you have entered the Password, the system will appear in this form to show that you have successfully changed the Password.
- Then follow instruction to fill all required information, remember to click SAVE & NEXT.
