What is AGYLE 2026?
AGYLE (The African-German Young Leaders in Business) is more than just a leadership program; it is a dynamic platform for exchange and co-creation. The 2026 edition focuses specifically on GreenTech for Impact, bringing together 40 young leaders to tackle the most pressing environmental and societal questions of our time.
How can technology bridge the gap between economic growth and environmental preservation? How do we build economies that are not only productive but also climate-smart?
AGYLE 2026 is built to answer these questions by connecting innovators from eight countries: Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Morocco, Rwanda, Senegal, Tunisia, Germany, and Austria.
We are looking for individuals who see technological innovation as a lever for sustainable transformation those who want to combine environmental impact with economic scalability and social value creation.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate for AGYLE 2026 is a shaper, a thinker, and a doer. You are actively working on solutions in key GreenTech sectors, including:
Renewable Energy
Climate and Agri-Tech
Water and Resource Management
Sustainable Mobility
To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:
Age: You are no older than 40 years of age.
Experience: You have at least 3 years of executive experience OR you have started your own business.
Regional Ties: You come from or have worked for at least 5 years in one of the eligible countries: Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Morocco, Rwanda, Senegal, Tunisia, Germany, or Austria.
Commitment: You are deeply committed to creating a sustainable future and are eager to play an active role in the AGYLE Alumni Network.
What to Expect from the AGYLE Programme
Selected participants will embark on a hybrid journey designed to foster deep connections, sharpen leadership skills, and provide tangible business insights.
1. The AGYLE Live Week in Berlin (14–18 September 2026)
The highlight of the program is an intensive week in Berlin, Germany. You will join 40 peers for a week of inspiration and networking. This is your chance to:
