We’re looking for a qualified Head of SME Business
Basic Job Functions:
- Leadership of the operation team
- Management of branch operations to ensure the smooth running of branches
- Maintaining the required number of staff and ensuring customer retention
- Maintaining an acceptable portfolio at risk as per company standards
- Contribute to strategic business plan
- pInnovative, to keep the business competitive.
Desired Qualifications:
Education:
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in a Business related field from any recognized university.
- Proven working experience of at least two years.
- Excellent functional skills
