HESLB Loan Application Start 15th July, 2023. The Higher Education Student Loans Board (HESLB) would like to inform prospective loan applicants that it is finalizing a system in which for the first time from this year 2023/2024 applicants will not be required to submit hard copies and thus reduce application costs.

The window to apply for a loan online will be open from July 15, 2023. In addition, before starting to apply for loans on July 15, 2023, HESLB will announce the ‘Guidelines for Providing Loans and Grants to Higher Education Students for the Academic Year 2023/2024’ which will be available on the website www.heslb.go.tz. All applicants are advised to read and consider it.
