We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following internship roles:

1. Intern Marketing Officer – Dar es Salaam

Reports To: Business Development Manager

Job Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Intern Marketing Officer to support our marketing initiatives. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain experience in marketing strategies and brand promotion in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, developing promotional materials, and participating in outreach activities.
Social Media & Digital Marketing: Support content creation, monitor engagement, and assist in paid advertisements.
Customer Engagement & Market Research: Conduct research and collect client feedback to improve brand loyalty.
Partnership & Outreach Support: Engage with partners and stakeholders for recruitment and brand promotion.
Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Previous marketing or healthcare experience is an advantage.

2. Intern Digital Officer – Dar es Salaam

Reports To: Business Development Manager

Job Role:

The Intern Digital Officer will support MST’s digital presence and marketing initiatives, gaining valuable experience in digital strategy and online engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Assist in content creation, engagement tracking, and community growth.
Content Creation & Digital Marketing: Design graphics, write blog posts, and support email marketing campaigns.
Website & SEO Support: Update website content and assist in SEO optimization.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Track digital campaign performance and provide insights.
Other Digital Initiatives: Support virtual events and research digital trends.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
Basic understanding of SEO and SEM.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
