We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following internship roles:
1. Intern Marketing Officer – Dar es Salaam
Reports To: Business Development Manager
Job Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Intern Marketing Officer to support our marketing initiatives. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain experience in marketing strategies and brand promotion in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, developing promotional materials, and participating in outreach activities.
- Social Media & Digital Marketing: Support content creation, monitor engagement, and assist in paid advertisements.
- Customer Engagement & Market Research: Conduct research and collect client feedback to improve brand loyalty.
- Partnership & Outreach Support: Engage with partners and stakeholders for recruitment and brand promotion.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

2. Intern Digital Officer – Dar es Salaam
Reports To: Business Development Manager
Job Role:
The Intern Digital Officer will support MST’s digital presence and marketing initiatives, gaining valuable experience in digital strategy and online engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Assist in content creation, engagement tracking, and community growth.
- Content Creation & Digital Marketing: Design graphics, write blog posts, and support email marketing campaigns.
- Website & SEO Support: Update website content and assist in SEO optimization.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track digital campaign performance and provide insights.
- Other Digital Initiatives: Support virtual events and research digital trends.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
- Basic understanding of SEO and SEM.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
