Job Title : Production Manager
Department : Production Department
Reports to : Managing Director
Job Summary:
Production manager plan, coordinate and control manufacturing processes so that products are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Production manager, shall make sure goods and services are produced safely, costeffectively and on time and that they meet the required quality standards
- Manage statutory Compliance for all industry operations
- plan and draw up a production schedule
- decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate
- set the quality standards
- monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
- monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programmes
- organize the repair of any damaged equipment
- ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times
- ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met

Job Summary
RRD Officer generally is responsible for market research, registering new products and assist business development of the newly registered products. He/she supposed to deeply understand the dynamics of medical supplies industry in Tanzania and come up with products that will fill existing gaps and give optimum solutions
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and identify gaps of supply chain in the country and come-up with strategy to mitigate them
- Manage registration of new medical products
- Identify seasonal and occasional variation of medical supplies demands in the country then act accordingly to meet such demands timely
- Conduct feasibility study and advice accordingly for all new products that company may wish to establish.
- Liaise with and manage manufactures so that we achieve the best in everything and mobilize all information to facilitate registration of products
- Liaise with and manage all statutory authorities including but not limited to Pharmacy Council, TMDA & TBS, so that to facilitate timely registration of our products
- Manage communications and process with manufacturers and authorities during registration of new products
- Mobilize and manage all required resources required for new products registration timely
- Assist in development and implementation of market entry strategies for new products
Qualifications
- Diploma in clinical medicine, Pharmaceutical Technician or relevant field o Minimum of 2 years’ professional relevant experience
- Confident with proven interpersonal and communication skills (English) o Able to produce well-presented and accurate reports
- Capable of managing a challenging workload, ability to solve problems, effective decision-making skills
