ASSISTANT LECTURERS OR ABOVE IN THE FOLLOWING DISCIPLINES: –
- Critical Care Nursing (02) Posts
- Community Health Nursing (02) posts
(i) Educational qualifications
- Possession of a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing with a GPA of 3.5 and above, and a Master of Science (MSc) Critical Care Nursing or MSc Community Health Nursing with a GPA of 4.0 and above respectively.
(ii) Key Attributes, Skills, and Abilities
- Skills in designing, developing and implementation academic programmes
- Ability to design, set, administer, and supervise different assessment items.
- Ability to conduct assessments and provide feedback appropriately.
- Ability to carry out independent research.
- Ability to supervise research and other knowledge and skills development activities.
- A role model and mentoring students towards dedication to learning, creativity, and problem-solving.
- Possession of sufficient breadth and depth in knowledge and skills of the relevant professional discipline and pedagogy.
- Adherence to professional ethics.
- Leadership
Remuneration for the Post
A competitive and attractive remuneration package, including salary and fringe benefits, will be offered to the successful candidate. This package will be commensurate with their qualifications and work experience, and in accordance with the KCMC University Schemes of Service, Staff Regulations, and Conditions of Service.
