Mzumbe University in partnership with the Tanzania Safa Kühne Foundation. The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology of the United Republic of Tanzania, through Mzumbe University, in partnership with the Tanzania Safa Kühne Foundation, is inviting applications for 15 internship positions.
This internship program is intended to provide recent graduates with practical, hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management. Selected interns will support operational and administrative activities that contribute to strengthening logistics systems and supply chain efficiency across assigned regions.
Position Overview
The internship program aims to equip graduates with practical exposure to real-world operations within logistics and supply chain systems.
Interns will actively contribute to a range of operational responsibilities, including:
Supporting field operations in assigned regions
Managing and analyzing operational data
Assisting with procurement processes
Coordinating supply chain activities
Maintaining accurate operational and logistical documentation
Through these activities, interns will gain valuable professional experience and strengthen their technical capacity in logistics and supply chain management.
Essential Details
Duty Stations
Interns will be assigned to one of the following regions:
Arusha
Kilimanjaro
Mbeya
Songwe
Reports To
Internship Coordinators from the host organizations and the Kühne Foundation
Internship Duration
3 months
Starting from 1 April 2026
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Must be a recent graduate, preferably from 2024 or 2025
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
Procurement and Logistics
Supply Chain Management
Health Systems Management
Related disciplines
Minimum GPA: 3.5
Age limit: Not older than 27 years
PSPTB registration will be considered an added advantage
Female applicants are strongly encouraged to apply
