1. HQ Systems Administrator (Fixed Term – 2 Years) (2 Positions)
Job Location: Head Office, HQ
Job Purpose:
Perform daily maintenance, monitoring, and support of NMB working tools at Head Office and branches, ensuring quality assurance of work done by suppliers and service delivery that meets and exceeds business and customer expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support branch user working tools (Desktops, Laptops, Teller Printers, MFPs, Desktop Printers, Scanners, etc.).
- Perform daily morning checks for all branches within your zone/HQ, resolving/escalating any issues.
- Update and maintain the Asset Management database, inventory, and disposal processes.
- Supervise vendors for planned and unplanned maintenance of working tools.
- Provide first-aid troubleshooting training to Branch IT Champions.
- Ensure all PCs and laptops are protected with the latest security controls.
- Prepare and submit the list of obsolete/end-of-life equipment quarterly.
- Install and configure ATMs while monitoring their performance.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong IT troubleshooting and networking skills (CCNA certification is an advantage).
- Good knowledge of banking IT systems.
- Excellent communication, time management, and training skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in ICT engineering or related discipline.
- IT certification (Cisco, Microsoft, etc.) is an added advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in banking IT systems support.

2. Relationship Manager (1 Position)
Job Location: Dar Es Salaam Zone
Job Purpose:
Grow both assets and liabilities of Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) while guiding Relationship Officers in business customer acquisition and strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of SME loans and deposits across branches.
- Appraise credit applications requiring senior management attention.
- Guide Relationship Officers in growing asset books and mobilizing deposits.
- Advise on business banking strategies and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor SME portfolio performance to maintain acceptable risk levels.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong credit analysis and financial analysis skills.
- Good understanding of the SME market and banking sector.

Qualifications and Experience:

Job Purpose:

- Grow mass affluent portfolios and enhance client relationships.
- Implement mass affluent customer engagement and portfolio strategy.

- Oversee client portfolio management to ensure optimal service delivery.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Premier Banking and Mass Affluent client behavior.

Qualifications and Experience:

Qualifications and Experience:
