Job Description
Location: Mbeya
-Daily/monthly sales target achievement
-Customer relations/development/arranging sales visit with prospective clients
-Ensure right product availability in market at right time
-Maintaining sales and performance records
-Coordination among drivers and customers
-Sales and distribution cost efficiency
-Promotional activities
-Ensuring vehicles timely maintenance and run effectively
Qualification/s Essential:
Bachelor/master degree/Post graduate in sales/marketing
Desirable: 5-7 years of experience in sales
Computer Literacy: Yes, should we well verse with ERP/SAP/Talley
Special exposure required: Must be a good leader/ have Managed team independently
Knowledge required: Engaging presentation skill/strong sense of ethics/strong communication skill
Skills required:
- Proactive, practical and proficient in communication skills, both oral and written
- Exceptional analytical, motivational, and leadership skills
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
