Today 31th May 2020 Yanga Sports Club will be live from Serena Hotel Dar es Salaam toward big event of sign contract with La Liga toward new system of governing Club so as to get more benefits.
Today a new history in Tanzanian football is about to be written, when “Timu Ya Wananchi” will sign a contract with La Liga and Spanish club Sevilla.
The historic event will be witnessed by various leaders including ministers from all sides of the United Republic of Tanzania, Zanzibar and Mainland Tanzania who will be chaired by Retired Fourth President, Dr. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete.
“It is a landmark event for the club and the country as a whole, given its size we also wanted this history to bear witness to our government leaders, in the sense of ministers and sector leaders,” said Secretary General David Ruhago.

He said from Zanzibar, Minister of State The Presidency, Issa Haji Ussi Governor will lead guests to witness the event tonight.
“On the mainland we had six ministers, led by the Minister responsible for Sports, Dr. Harrison Mwakyembe, but due to governmental reasons in Dodoma we expect to include two ministers, and other prominent guests,” he said.
He said the event will be broadcast live on Azam Sports2 channel and on the Yanga Sc YouTube channel starting at 12 pm, to give the public a chance to witness.
