JOB TITLE: ICT TECHNICIAN – 1 POST
(a) Qualification
- Holder of Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Database Administration, Computer Systems Analysis, Computer Systems Security, Network Administration, Web and Multimedia Administration, Computer Applications, Computer Programming or equivalent qualifications from a recognised institution.
JOB TITLE: ASSISTANT TECHNICIAN – METER READING – 2
(a) Qualifications
- Holder of a Form IV Secondary Education Certificate who has one of the following qualifications: – Certificate in Survey/TradeTest ll/l in Plumbing/ Pipe fitting/TradeTest ll/l in Civil/Sanitary engineering or Masonry from recognized Government Institute.
JOB TITLE: ASSISTANT CREDIT CONTROL OFFICER -1 POST
(a) Qualifications
- Holder of Diploma in Business Administration, Accounts, Finance, Marketing or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution. Computer knowledge and skills are necessary requirements.

- Holders of a Diploma in Secretarial Studies or equivalent qualifications from recognized Institute who have passed both shorthand (English) and Kiswahili (hati mkato) at a speed of 100 words per minute with computer knowledge in programs of: – Ms Word, Ms Excel and Ms Publisher, Internet, E-mail etc.

(a) Qualifications
- Holder of Form IV Certificate with Trade Test Grade II Certificate in Motor Vehicle Driving, Motor Vehicle Mechanics or Auto Electrician and a Class “C1 or E” Driving License who has attended a Basic Driving Course.

- Holder of Diploma in Materials Management, Procurement and Supplies Management, Logistics Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution. Must be registered by PSPTB as Procurement and Supplies Technician.
