Job Summary
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to promote our application, Mobimed, and become part of our vibrant team.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about Mobimed
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales and answer towards all requirements prospects might have.
- Keep records of all calls and sales and note useful information as well as update the database.
- Direct leads to field sales when needed and generally go the extra mile.
Qualification.
- Most important you are an excellent communicator and have superior people skills
- You are comfortable presenting solutions products of Mobimed over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts
- You can learn about our products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- You have excellent knowledge in English and preferable other local vernaculars
- You are cool-tempered and can handle potential rejection.
Requirement
- At least 2 years of Telesales experience
- Previous active sales experience
- A relevant diploma or University degree
- Excellent computer skills
- Fluent in English and local languages
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Loyalty and integrity.
- Experience with Health sector sales is an added advantage
