1. Analyst; Card Finance & Data Science (1 Position)
- Location: Head Office, HQ, Tanzania
- Job Purpose: This role is responsible for performing statistical analysis, machine learning, data visualization, and programming skills to optimize Card Business performance and improve decision-making.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed dashboards for card business performance.
- Manage card data lifecycle and integration.
- Analyze customer behavior and identify new sources of revenue.
- Qualifications: University degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Accounting or relevant field; at least 2 years of banking experience.
2. Business Continuity Management Officer (Fixed term – 2 years) (1 Position)
- Location: Head Office, HQ, Tanzania
- Job Purpose: The role is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of the bank’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in disaster recovery and risk assessments.
- Coordinate BCM testing and conduct training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
