6 People Dead & 19 Injured Bus Accident

Six people have been dead and 19 others injured after a Machame Investment Company bus was traveling from Dodoma to get an accident at Babati District in Manyara Region.

Manyara Regional Police Commander, Senior Assistant Commissioner Paul Kasabago said the accident happened on Tuesday, March 30 at Kiongozi Village.

Commander Kasabago said they were still investigating the accident but preliminary investigations showed it was over speeding.

He said the bodies of the deceased were kept at Babati Mrara Town Hospital. He said the injured were being treated at Mrara Hospital.
