JOB TITLE: FLEET CONTROLLER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of tracking reports, accident, and all other related reports required internally or externally.
- Preparation of delivery notes
- Management of Loading and offloading trucks (including interchanges for containers)
- Documentation and presentation of documents to clearing agents.
- Coaching drivers for continual improvement through proper communication and guidance.
EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree holder in any relevant fieldStrong interpersonal, attention to detail and deadline oriented
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Have the ambition to help drive the growth of a growing company.
- Strong communication and administration skills.
JOB TITLE: TRACKING CONTROLLER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for monitoring and recording truck location and status
- Working as part of a team in the tracking call center and function as a vehicle tracking operator and knowledge in Transport and logistics support
- Tracking of the fleet and ensure the trucks have covered the the targeted km’s.
- Computer Literacy to effectively operate and manage all the online systems
- Communicate any issue that prevents the efficient transit of goods or any other emergency related issues to the senior.
EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of Certificate or Diploma in any relevant discipline or equivalent vocational certificate.
- Fluent English and Swahili.
JOB TITLE: ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating and updating expense reports
- Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (Tally9 ERP)
- Knowledge of tax structure in Tanzania for PAYE, SDL, NSSF, WCF, NHIF, VAT, Income tax and With holding tax.
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- Processing payroll calculations
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly yearly closings
- Assist with other accounting projects
EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum qualification: Advance diploma or bachelor degree in accountancy /Finance or any recognized accounting qualification.
- Experience of two years or more will be an added advantage.
