The Director of Mwanza City Council wishes to announce to the residents of Mwanza, who meet the qualifications, 96 temporary Vacancies as Revenue Collectors in the Mwanza City Council.
Duties And Responsibilities.
- Collecting various revenues for the Council.
- Maintaining the Revenue Collection device (POS).
- Ensuring all collected funds are deposited in the bank daily.
- Ensuring all collections are done using POS machines.
Applicant Qualifications
Must be a Tanzanian citizen with a National ID (NIDA). Must be at least a Form Four graduate with a pass in at least Division Four and above. Must have two guarantors who are permanent residents in Nyamagana District and own immovable property. Must be honest and have no prior criminal record. Must be capable of working diligently without supervision.
Must be ready to work in any Ward of the Council for a period of not less than one year. Must have experience in revenue collection and a good history of trustworthiness. Must be between 18 to 35 years old. Applicants with motorcycle driving skills will be given priority.

Applicants should attach copies of their Education certificates, personal details (CV), and a copy of their birth certificate. Additionally, letters should be affixed with two (2) recent passport-sized photos.
