The Rector, College of Business Education invites all eligible candidates to apply for admission in under listed Certificate and Ordinary Diploma Programmes for 2020/2021 academic year.

- Basic Technician Certificate in Metrology and Standardization (BCMET)
Entry Requirements
- Form IV with at least four passes including Mathematics or Physics, excluding religious subjects.
Entry Requirements for Other Basic Technician Certificate Programmes
- Basic Technician Certificates in Marketing (BCM)
- Basic Technician Certificate in Accountancy (BCA)
- Basic Technician Certificate in Information Technology (BCIT)
- Basic Technician Certificates in Business Administration (BCBA)
- Basic Technician Certificates in Procurement and Supplies Management (BCPS)
A Candidate shall be deemed eligible for consideration for admission to all of the above Basic Technician Certificates Programmes if the Candidate has obtained:
- Form IV with at least four passes excluding religious subjects.
- Ordinary Diploma in Metrology and Standardization (2 years): –
- Entry Requirements
- Form Six with at least one principal and one subsidiary passes one of which must be Physics or Mathematics.
- Form IV with four passes including Physics or Mathematics plus Basic Technician Certificate in Metrology and Standardization
OR
- Other Basic Technician Certificate related courses from NACTE recognized Institution.
Ordinary Diploma in Information Technology (2 years): –
Entry Requirements
- Form six with at least one principal and one subsidiary passes of the combination subject.
Basic Technician Certificate in Information Technology
OR
Other Basic Technician Certificate related courses from NACTE recognized Institution.
- Entry Requirements for Other Ordinary Diploma Programmes (2 years): –
- Diploma in Marketing (DM)
- Diploma in Accountancy (DA)
- Diploma in Business Administration (DBA)
- Diploma in Procurement and Supplies Management (DPS)
A Candidate shall be deemed eligible for consideration for admission to all the above Diploma Programs if the Candidate has obtained:
- Form Six Examination Certificate with at least one principal and one subsidiary passes of the appropriate discipline.
- NTA- Level 4 (Basic Technician Certificate) in the programme applied for OR
- Other Basic Technician Certificate related courses from NACTE recognized Institution.
NB: All Certificate and Diploma Programmes are offered in all Campuses except Metrology and Standardization programme which is offered at the main campus (Dar es Salaam) only.

Applicants for March intake Programmes please observe the following dates:
Application and admission window for March intake opens on 15th January, 2020.
The deadline for applications and Admission for March intake is 20th February, 2020.
C: Commencement:
Both Certificate and Diploma programmes (March intake) will commence on 15th March, 2020.
