Job Summary
We are looking for a candidate to fit for a position of Blow Mould Operator

Job Description
Location: Mbeya
1. Complies with plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies.
2. Operate blow-mold machines to ensure production of quality bottles and perform audits, weights and quality checks.
3. Adhere to quality control and to blow mold process procedure. Troubleshoot and perform minor repair on blow-mold and support equipment.
4.Make adjustments to meet product specifications.
5. Adopt in troubleshooting/maintenance of blowing machine
6.Have knowledge on spares requirement to identify and resolve process problems.
7.Prepare maintenance request forms and document equipment repairs.
8.Train blow-mold employees.
9.Responsible for preform yield
10.Prepare & document daily production reports, including rejects, regrinds, line efficiencies and other.
Qualification/s Essential:
ITI / Equivalent Desirable: ITI / Equivalent
Experience Essential: 2-3 Yrs
Desirable: 2-3 Yrs from Rotary blow mould experience
Computer Literacy: yes
Special exposure required, if any: Should be from beverage industry -CSD
Knowledge required: CLIT, Operation, Maintenance, overhauling, Housekeeping, Beverage industry norms
Skills required: problem solving, planning, documentation
