Qualification/s Essential:
- Bachelor/master degree/Post graduate in HR
- Desirable: 5-7 years of experience in HR function
- Computer Literacy: Yes, should we well verse with ERP/SAP/Talley
- Special exposure required: Must be a good leader/ have Managed team independently
- Knowledge required: Engaging presentation skill/strong sense of ethics/strong communication skill
Skills required:
- Proactive, practical and proficient in communication skills, both oral and written
- Exceptional analytical, motivational, and leadership skills
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
