DIRECT RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Excellent knowledge of Claims & Underwriting management
- Excellent knowledge of Financial management
- iviust be excellent at overall Managerial and Training skills
- Good communication skills, written and verbal in English
- Must have sound Reinsurance knowledge
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Insurance or ACM / FCII or equivalent
- Sound experience handling claims and underwriting departments.
- Should have 20 years Managerial experience in insurance and experience as a Head of General Insurance company is vital.
- Self motivated and creative
- Well organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities to ensure deadline are met
- Successful and proven Track record
REMUNERATION: Salary offered will be commensurate with qualifications and experience
