GEPG Tanzania – GEPG Billing. The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology wishes to inform the public that from 01 November 2018, it will officially move into the Government’s e-Payment Gateway (GePG) system for the purposes of the Financial Act Public, Chapter 348.
The Ministry will begin to use this system for all its collective revenue colleges for Public Education Colleges, Human Development Colleges and School Quality Consolidation Centers.
So the customer should contact or contact the relevant facility that he or she wants to make a payment to obtain a Payment Control Number before making a payment.
The Ministry in collaboration with System experts from the Ministry of Finance and Planning will ensure that this system operates without affecting service delivery.
In addition, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology is in line with other government departments and institutions that effectively use the system. Some Ministries and Institutions are Police, Brella, Land Ministry, Housing and Housing, TRA, Accounting Board and Tanzania Accounting Officers (NBAA) as well as the Water Authority.

How to pay electronics (Government e-Payment Gateway)- GEPG Tanzania – GEPG Billing
Payments can be made through the bank account by following the following steps;
BANK
- When you receive a payment code (Control Number);
- Visit any CRDB Bank Branch, NMB and NBC;
- After you arrive at the bank, provide the service provider for the reference number to complete your payment process.
MOBILE MONEY
Payments can also be made via the mobile phone (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa and Airtel Money) by following the following steps;
- Through your phone, call * 150 * 00 #, or * 150 * 01 # or * 150 * 60 #;
- (Get M Mpesa, Tigo pesa and Airtel Money);
- Select ‘Pay-Bills”;
- Select ‘Government Payment’;
- Select ‘Enter a payment number’ and enter the Control Number number;
- Put the amount of money you want to pay;
- Verify your deposit by entering your password or password; with
- Save the received message message as a proof of payment if you need to show it to the relevant station.
