HESLB Appeal Form For Loan Applicants 2020/2021. Welcome to HESLB appeal window 2020/2021. We strongly advise you to read and follow below-provided instructions to avoid submission of incomplete or incorrect appeal.
- All students who are not satisfied with loan allocations they have received plus those who have not been allocated are advised to apply;
- All appeals including necessary attachments must be done through online window;
- In order to help us process your application better, we will request you to respond to some questions.

How to fill HESLB appeal form
- Visit OLASM Sytem http://olas.heslb.go.tz
- Click menu button then Click on ‘ Click To Appeal’
- Applicant’s / Beneficiary’s Index Number Confirmation, Provide the correct Form Four (4) Index number that was used during Loan Application or Loan Allocations.
- After enter Form Four index number you will be required to sign in if you are Eligible for Appeal.
Appeal window for 2020/2021 will be open from Wednesday, 02-Dec-2020 to Wednesday, 09-Dec-2020
NOTE: Also you can login in your HESLB Student’s Individual Permanent Account (SIPA)( SIPA HESLB login) to start appeal or login below.
