Job Title: Director of Nursing Services (1 Post)
- Master’s degree in Nursing and / or Healthcare Administration from a recognized institution.
- Registered nurse by the Nursing Council of Tanzania
- Ability to think critically and adapt to new situations.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in nursing practice and at least 3 years in an administrative/ management role.
- Up to date with policies and regulations in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and IT skills.
- Compassionate leadership qualities
- Adequate experience in critical care and operations management.
Job Title: Director of Clinical Services ( 1 Post)
- Master’s degree in either Clinical Administration, Management, Medical Science or related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in a managerial position (Experience in clinical supervision and program management is an added advantage)
- Proficient in budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation skills
- Knowledge of standards and regulations for the clinical field
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
Job Title: Nursing Officers (5 Positions)
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Registered nurse by the Nursing Council of Tanzania
- Holds a valid practicing licence
- Minimum of 5 yrs. experience
- Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Hospital Mgt system is an added advantage.
