PROCUREMENT AND LOGISTIC OFFICER – 1 POSITION
- Duty Station: Morogoro with the possibility of reallocation
- Reports to: Managing Director
- Age Limit: Not above 35 Years.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide support to the Company by ensuring effective procurement systems through monitoring the purchasing processes and ensure timely delivery of items to intended recipients.
- Assist the Company in the implementation of quality procurement services.
- Perform any other duties that will be assigned by supervisor
JOB REQUIRMENTS:
- Holder of a degree in Procurement and Logistics Management from a reputable University.
- Two (2) years’ previous experience in related field
ACCOUNTANT – 1 POSITION
- Duty Station: Morogoro with the possibility of reallocation
- Reports to: Managing Director
- Age Limit: Not Above 35 Years.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintenance of Books of accounts and their supporting documentations
- Ensure all the budgets and expenses related to the Company are correctly entered, are up to date and well maintained in the Company format.
- To ensure all the payments due and liabilities from the Company implementations are processed on a timely manner.
- To ensure that all payments made through the SRC supported projects are well supported
with all the necessary supporting documents. - Perform any other duties that will be assigned by supervisor
JOB REQUIRMENTS:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
- 1+ years’ experience in a relevant field.
IT OFFICER – 1 POSITION
- Duty Station: Morogoro with the possibility of reallocation
- Reports to: Managing Director
- Age Limit: Not Above 35 Years.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- To ensure day to day running of computer systems in the authority
- To carry out data collection of existing systems and operations
- To undertake minor changes to the systems as directed by supervisor
- To create and maintain user mail accounts.
- Perform any other duties that will be assigned by supervisor
JOB REQUIRMENTS:
- Degree in Computer science, information management system or its equivalent
- 1+ years’ experience in a relevant field.
