NACTE Third Round Admission 2020/2021. The National Council for Technical Education (NACTE) is a body established by Act of Parliament Chapter 129, to regulate and coordinate the provision of vocational education and training in Vocational Education and Training colleges. One of the roles of the Council is to ensure that training is provided in Vocational Colleges and training in the country meets the criteria and quality required in the domestic labor market and abroad.
In carrying out that role, the Council is responsible for coordinating admissions of students at Colleges and courses / programs recognized by the relevant authorities.
The Council informs the public that it has completed the screening of applicants nominated by various Colleges and Institutions in Phase Two.
In this phase a total of 15,306 applicants selected by Colleges and Institutions various training courses at Certificate and Diploma level were presented.
Upon completion of the review, it was found that a total of 14,011 applicants who have been selected by various colleges and institutions are qualified to join read selected courses. In addition, a total of 1,295 applicants were selected they did not have the qualifications to join and study the courses they selected.
In addition, the Council recognizes the technical challenges that existed during submission of information of selected applicants. Thus, Colleges and Institutions faced with the challenge are advised to submit the names of the applicants
elected and failed to submit between November 11 and 15, 2020 for review. Verification responses will be issued on November 20, 2020.
The Council continues to call on Colleges and Institutions offering training at the level of Diploma and Diploma to ensure that students enrolled in for studies only those who are qualified after the review conducted by the Council.
Classes for the year 2020/2021 officially start on November 16, 2020 as previously released and as shown in the Events Calendar Important Academic Information available on the Council website (www.nacte.go.tz)
