Following the announcement of the results of the Form Five and Central Colleges elections
selected students to go to Government schools who are ready to join Form Five in private schools are required to prove their commitment to the Government. to do so, those students will be required to log in to the system selform.tamisemi.go.tz who has been enabled to receive such confirmation.
In addition, the school relevant personal information, will confirm the acquaintance of these students in the system.
