5.0 General Conditions
- Applicants must be Tanzanian citizens.
- Attach a recent passport-size photograph.
- Applicants with disabilities should indicate their specific condition.
- All certificates must be certified by the appropriate authorities.
- Provisional results, statements of results, and Form IV or Form VI result slips will not be considered.
- Degrees obtained outside Tanzania must have recognition proof.
