- This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this Project which appeared in PPRA, TANePS on 15th July,2020
- The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF DODOMA TECHNICAL COLLEGE PHASE I during the financial year 2020/2021. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF DODOMA TECHNICAL COLLEGE PHASE I AT NALA AREA – DODOMA CITY COUNCIL IN DODOMA REGION
- The MINISTRY OF EDUCATION, SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY now invites sealed Tenders from eligible contractors registered or capable of being registered in CLASS ONE for carrying out the PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF DODOMA TECHNICAL COLLEGE PHASE I AT NALA AREA – DODOMA CITY COUNCIL IN DODOMA REGION
- Tendering will be conducted through the International Competitive Tendering specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, Government Notice No.446 of 2013 and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations unless otherwise stated in the Tender Data Sheet.
- Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Secretary of the Tender Board Attention: Secretary, Ministerial Tender Board, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Room No. 18 Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Government City, Mtumba Area, Afya Street for further instruction on the exercise from 07:30Am and ends at 03:30Pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
- A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English Language and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers MINISTRY OF EDUCATION SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, P. O. BOX 10, 40479 DODOMA
- All Tenders must be accompanied with Tender security of Tshs. 50,000,000.00 in the format provided in the Tendering documents unless otherwise stated in the Tender Data Sheet.
- All Tenders in one original plus two copies properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address Secretary Ministerial Tender Board, Ministry of Education Science and Technology, P. O. Box 10, 40479 Dodoma, at or before 10:00 Am on 15/09/2020. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Ministry Conference Room No.22 at Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Government City, Mtumba Area, Afya Street
