2022 teacher recruitment in Zambia. The Teaching Service Commission (TSC) is a government institution which was established in June 1969. The Commission is currently operating under the Constitution (Amendment) Act No.2 of 2016 article 223 and 224 which outlines the mandate as follows:

- Appoint, confirm, promote and hear appeals from officers of the Teaching Service; and
- Perform such other functions as prescribed
Guidelines for 2022 teacher recruitment in Zambia
Secondary school teachers
- A full grade 12 certificate or GCE with five 0 level credits including English plus a merit in a teaching subject. Proof of registration from TCZ a must.
- Certify your grade 12 certificate with ECZ and your diploma or degree certificates from colleges where u graduated from.
Primary teachers
- Grade 12 certificate or GCE with five o level credits with English, maths and science. Registration from TCZ a must. Certification of grade 12 certificate or GCE with ECZ and d diploma or degree certificates with the universities or colleges were u graduated from.
ECE
grade 12 certificate or GCE with five o level credits with maths, English and science. Certification of grade 12 certificate with ECZ and diploma or degree certificates from the college where u graduated from.
Other requirements:
- You must not be more than 45 years You
- must be a Zambian with a green national registration card.
- You must have graduated from recognized institutions.
