Following the commencement of Phase Three, the next step is to open a seven-day (07) appeal window from tomorrow (Wednesday, December 2, 2020) to enable applicants who have not been offered loans or are not satisfied with the standards set to attach additional documents to prove their need. .
During the referral period, students will be required to visit the olas.heslb.go.tz system, follow the instructions and submit their referrals from wherever they are WITHOUT ANY PAYMENT to HESLB.
